Hisar.biz is a local business directory and technology platform. We help users discover businesses, products, offers, COD enquiry options, and association forms. Hisar.biz is not the seller, service provider, delivery provider, association, employer, agent, or guarantor for any listed business or organisation unless clearly stated in writing.

2. Owner Accounts And Listings

Business owners must provide accurate information, use their own email address, and keep login details secure. One owner email may be used for one business listing unless admin allows otherwise. Admin may approve, reject, edit, hide, suspend, or delete listings, products, reviews, images, claims, or accounts where information appears false, harmful, unlawful, misleading, abusive, or technically unsafe.

3. Products, Offers, COD Enquiries

Prices, offer prices, stock, delivery areas, product images, COD availability, and order status are provided by business owners. Customers should confirm price, stock, delivery, warranty, return terms, and identity of the business before making payment or accepting delivery. A COD enquiry is a request to the business owner; it is not a guaranteed order from Hisar.biz.

4. Reviews And User Content

Registered users may post reviews where enabled. Reviews should be honest, relevant, and based on genuine experience. Users must not post abusive, defamatory, fake, illegal, private, spam, or malicious content. Admin may hide or remove reviews and other content without prior notice.

5. RWA, HEAWA, And Membership Forms

Membership forms hosted on Hisar.biz are provided for the concerned association or organisation. Applicants are responsible for submitting correct details, valid documents, signature, payment proof, and contact information. Approval, rejection, deletion, payment verification, member ID cards, certificates, and registers are managed by the relevant admin or association.

6. Prohibited Use

You must not attempt hacking, scraping, spamming, malware upload, fake registrations, impersonation, payment fraud, illegal product listing, harmful file upload, or any activity that damages the website, users, businesses, hosting provider, or reputation of Hisar.biz.

7. Availability And Changes

We may update, pause, remove, or change any feature, page, listing, product, form, or account process. Website availability may be affected by hosting, maintenance, software bugs, internet issues, cyber incidents, or third-party services.

8. Limitation Of Responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, Hisar.biz is not responsible for business disputes, product quality, service quality, payments made to third parties, delivery delays, wrong information submitted by users, loss of data, website downtime, malware, hacking, or indirect losses.
