How long does it take for admin to reply?
Most support messages are answered within 24 hours. Listing approval requests are usually reviewed within the 24-hour business review window. Complex issues may take longer.
How do I reset my owner account password?
Use the Email OTP Login option on the owner portal at hisar.biz/owner — enter your registered email and a login OTP will be sent. If that does not work, contact admin using the form on this page with your registered email.
How do I report a wrong listing on Hisar.biz?
Use the contact form above and include the business name or page URL, and explain what is incorrect. Admin will verify and correct the listing or contact the business owner for confirmation.
Will my contact form message stay private?
Yes. Messages submitted through the contact form are sent only to the Hisar.biz admin email and are not displayed publicly. Your email address is used only to reply to you.
