We have received reports of unsolicited calls made and mails sent to some of our customers by unscrupulous elements in the name of Max New York Life or Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority (IRDA). Please do not fall prey to such unsolicited communication.
Max-New York Life Insurance is the only source for accurate and updated information regarding your policy. Please do not respond to calls/SMS/emails from anyone promising you opportunities to cash-in on unpaid gains/bonus from your policy.

Max New York Life never asks any policyholder to divulge any confidential information over e-mail or a phone call. If you receive an e-mail claiming to be from Max New York Life regarding updating of confidential information about your Policy or cashing in on payouts please inform us immediately.
The insurance regulator Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority (IRDA) has issued new ground rules for Unit Linked Insurance Plans or ULIPs. ULIPs lock-in period have been increased from three years to five years. The much awaited guidelines for ULIPs, which are finally out, come on the back of the ordinance that brought ULIPs under the jurisdiction of the IRDA, and put an end to the dispute between markets regulator SEBI and IRDA.
